The employees were wonderfully friendly and excellent. Bright king room was big size. - There was a bathtub, a plus for me. - Had central location to landmarks. - It was also near to the metro station.

The location right next to a nice park near to all possible public transport connections was perfect for us. And it was also not far from colosseum and city center, metro station and train station and metro, tram, central train station.

Really great location just next to Termini station, close to everything, metro station is about 40 meters, Closseum is just 10 minutes walk. Room was really cute, great designed, clean, it's a great place to stay.

The location is great, and the breakfast was ok. The manager is really kind but poor of information. We actually arrived really late because of the train we sat delayed, but he waited for us till we came!
We stayed for 3 days and the manager only showed up on the first whan we check-in, we never saw him again even when we check-out. We called him by cellphone but he told us that he is unable to come. We eventually laef the key in the room and left. By the way, it is quite difficult to communicate with them on phone, plus he didn't return our eur 2! I would rather stay in another hotel with the same price.

The location was great, 5 minutes from Termini and the hotel was in front of a park (Vittorio Emanuelle). The owner, Andrea was very kind and very helpful. The room was a bit small but it was recently refurbished and it was very clean.Free wi-fi was an advantage.I Definetely would stay there again.

This hotel definitely offers value for money, with reasonable prices for the rooms. The attention to detail is apparent, with clean and charming rooms that have some curtains to block the street light directly outside. The location is ideal, right next to a nice park and close to all possible public transport connections.
Everything was okay, no improvements needed.

The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and everything we needed for a week long stay in Rome. Andrea met us upon arrival, gave us recommendations of what to see in Rome, and where to eat (his local restaurant recommendations were excellent), and there is general tourist info (e.g. on Roma pass) available to guests. We rarely saw Andrea through the week - but did not need any further assistance. The room was regularly cleaned and the bed made up. Breakfast is a drink and croissant at a local cafe, which suited us. The 55 Inn is close to the Metro, Termini, and most of the main sites of Rome are within walking distance. 55 Inn is great value for money.

The room was bright and neat, had central heating and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The location was stunning, not too far away from Larger Gate: D
